Ok, I know I'm late to the party on this, but when did they make MB 10% in the top leagues. Weren't we supposed to be at 0 MB in September? If that's no longer the case then a big, sarcastic, thank you goes out to the dev or program manager, or other individual that made that choice. Pretty bummed here personally.

My current mb is 10%, it was down to 6% a few champs ago. So either there was a glitch or they snuck in a basement of mb never going below 10%. What is it in the top champ this season?

At 45 it was going to be 2.5% max, but I wonder if they undid this and mb will never die. Huge mistake if this did happen.
