You should favor the players whose players play in the correct options and, another idea might be to add the option to challenge other Guilds. It could be fun.

i don't understand this obsession some people have with players playing in the "correct" position, why can't a player move to a different position? During my playing days I played at every position except 9 and 10 depending on the needs of the team i was in
And who says there isn't a benefit? Has it been tested by more than a few groups? Wouldn't testing it be quite simple? Seems like a little logic and scientific method and a few gold balls could go a long way

I enjoyed the read....fully agree with you I played all positions from no.9 (great success) to no.15
