my player gets tackled by one opposing player, and I get a ruck penalty. There was no ruck!

at line out the defensive back line stands like only one meter behind the line-out.

High tackle/No arm tackle...plenty of rules to cover that scenario.

Also, how did you make it where nobody was in ruck unless nobody was near, and then holding on in the ruck could be too

there was no ruck formed! as soon as those two clashed (isolated), the "ruck" panalty was given.

I would say not releasing, which would be a rucking penalty, which would be what happened. Thanks
