selling players

How about when you sell a player, instead of costing you 10 recruiter points, you have a choice? Say 10 points for a 24 hour sale, 50 points for a sale over 12 hours and 100 points if you want to sell in an hour?
Also if no one buys your player you should not lose him. Where do all these players go? Early retirement?
Does anyone read these??
I think it'd be a good idea if we put OUR players on the market. We set auction start/buy now price. If not sold we get player back. Makes it worthwhile spending so much/ taking so much time to recruit a decent player..
