I have upgraded the Stadium but my fan base stayed the same, why is that?

Sorry if this is a silly answer, but do you mean your current number of fans or the maximum number of fans?
Your current fan number will only increase when you play and win games. However if it is your maximum fan amount then I guess it's a bug....
