Just an idea I had while I had 2 builders but could only make use of one due to lack of funding.
Would it be possible to use multiple builders on each site which could half the build time?
It makes sense as when you progress it gets more difficult to raise funds and at the same time takes longer and longer to build things so making good use of having more builders makes much more sense.
