yes it is a good idea. Then this game will become even more realistic. We could train them and even trade them for other players.

they definitely need this especially with the fast retirements from the quick seasons now. Once my players start retiring i don't know how my team will stay good without an academy as i cannot afford to replace my player in the market for player of similar ability

yes, the problem is troubling all of us. they should have a junior academy where we could train future stars. or else, revert back to the 26 days tournaments.
