During the vacation period especially, it would be a benefit to make yourself unavailable. Otherwise the opposition have a huge advantage. If the opposition have more members you cannot make it fair.

Yeah I like this idea too, maybe limit it to say 2 teams per GC so it isn't abused.

I know i't's not possible everytime but more times than not you can bench a player whose away cos most teams don't have 25 members your very lucky if you do and even more so if they all play Gc's and send heals
