What is the best strategy for tackling as people are just taking the ball off me and scoring a try my players has a tackle off 90 and a safe tackle of 91

I have a player that has 105 in everything, but a player with lesser points just strolls past my player with ease, how is that.

Strats. There are tons of variables. Now the good thing is if it's your strat causing it you can fix it and if it's their strat causing it there is a weakness to exploit.
