My post was a statement of fact, followed by three questions, followed by another statement of fact. It made no reference to any previous post on this thread, or to any of the teams in my Guild. I am not a moderator.

No problem. Then you re not a moderator, but you re a teammate. The same question still apply:
If you had in your guild, one teammate who insulted people in a forum from the beginning of a conversation (from saying they are stupid, making some weird joke about alochol... saying to people “burn”... cowardice etc..)..
As a teammate, how do you find such behaviour? (From a rugby spirit, from a gaming spirit, whatever you want..)
Will you also tell me “it s not written in the games rules that we can’t insult people ..and as it s a virtual environement, real life principles don’t apply???
