Surely this is also a simple solution to proposals for 'set plays', which I can only imagine are quite challenging to develop for the game. (Praying this gets added at some point, though. Need to get a switch play and winger at first receiver in there somehow.)
For the kicking strategy, additional slider bars under the Strategy section should be added, with 'preference to grubber 0-100', 'preference to chip and chase 0-100', or 'preference to cross-field kick 0-100'.
If you want to use one of those as a specific strategy, stick all but one of those three down to '0'.
