why are some players not in a league? I suppose it is because they have not been active for a while ...but when does it happen? 5 days inactivity or longer??

Yes, because they are inactive.
There is no precise rule, inactive players are automatically removed from the championship system, but they can be used to fulfill championships.

Good stuff. I like this rule ...it is good for the game to only use active. It would eb nice to know though what the precise rule is, so yu won be surprised after an absecme of a week or so
