Maybe I missed it in the tutorial, but how come I can only play in a couple of matches a day? And how can I change this?

Everyday, you can play 1 tournament match, 1 championship match, and 6 training matches on the worldmap.
On the worldmap, a new opponent appears every 4 hours.
