If you want the game to be more realistic, why not impose a salary cap, not influenced by morale, of course. I think it would create a much more level playing field where actual talent and strategy would win over the person who pays more.

Love it also a cap on number of players per team. Imo

I know it'll never happen, they gotta keep people spending that money, but it'd be cool to see who actually won when it boiled down to talent...
