I was wondering why when kicking off, the Kickoffs don't go to the depth of the End Zone? The kicking power of Both of my Kickers are at 95, and shouldn't that kind of kicking power go to at least the End Zone or through it?

It starts getting close around 130 kick power. Sorry, you've got a ways to go before kickoff touchbacks become a thing.
