Yep should be. Don't reduce your own bid on any items at the start of the season though or any over limit won't get refunded to you.

Yes you can. I sometimes try to fill my bank limit in football champions so that i get my bonus filled and upgrade my stadium when i don't have enough money for the stadium upgrade otherwise lmao
