The players with 200% training speed can only be obtained using real cash unless someone puts one up for sale in the AH. To purchase a player using real cash there should be a present symbol on the screen where you upgrade your buildings. The present symbol is top left. If one is being sold in the AH they usually go for thousands in the AH.
