Training Type

Hi everybody. I want to understand the difference between training types.
Stretching is 30 mins and Cardio 120.. but gives more 4xStratching or 1xCardio ? thanks
4 X 30 mins loses less energy than 120 mins in one session
Yeah but I think he is asking do you get more of less training points wise from 4×30 or 1×120.
The same benefit.

Players train better the higher their energy is however, hence why I put the bit about energy up.
