How to get best strategy

Im have little trouble with my strategy, i have try every strategy, but theres no good result
So i need to know, how to get best strategy and how to sync with strategy instruction?? Maybe you can share your successfull strategy to me.

try to use the yellow arrow to make pass...dont make defenders too backward....use 3 strikers at least....instruction for each player is very important,never auto assign the training point
