Game is getting stuck

My game keeps sticking and the developers don't seem to know how to keep it fixed
My has got stuck so many times this year alone that i cant count how many tickets i have sent in for the same problem

Same here. Shows all yesterdays championship games a 0 - 0. Can't play matches either.

Nobody can play, but support says nothing is wrong, I guess they don't play the game or they would see it doesn't work
