why am i bidding against level 22 players i am at level 21

I would guess since it is the new season those bidders moved up to level 22 but the player is still from the level you are at. Once all the current bidding is resolved you should only see bidders from level 21.

but i was level 19 and double promoted should not have to be bidding against 22
