Just came through a very competitive 237 championship, and want to say thank you and well played to all the competitors.

It was very tight at the top and everyone in the top 6 were good enough to get promotion to top level. A pity only 3 can go through. 3 log points separated 3rd and 6th on the log.

Slaytanica in particular was very strong in the second half of the championship and deserved to finish top 3. But for a slow start, he would have been top 3.

Therese La Navarraise can also feel hard done by. Started the championship strong and led the log for the first few games. Ended 4th, only 1 log point off the 3rd placed Eden Park, and had same number of wins as he did. One draw was enough to get Eden Park through ahead of him. Hard luck mate, and well played!

San Isidro Cup was also very strong early on, and ended 6th, with only 1 win less than 3rd placed Eden Park. Also unlucky to miss out.

St Helens and Eden Park, finishing 2nd and 3rd respectively, were strong throughout the championship and deserved to go through.

All in all, very fair and competitive championship and well played to everyone!
