My field goal kicker is bad, REALLY bad. How can I make him better?

Short answer- get a newer one from the Auction House
Long answer- Make sure his kicking accuracy and strength is maxed, but it may be your Center isn't got pass accuracy high enough to pass to him to kick straight.
