We all (should) know a player's star rating is only half the story. I'm tinkering with a formula to help me compare my players and scientifically measure just how good a player is at their position, and I had an idea:
There's a website called Fiverr where you can securely pay $5 for a service. Who here would pay $5 to get a color coded team evaluation chart with a player's salary, their training score (not speed, a number created by factoring in other influences on training), and their position specific rating?
