Everytime i enter a tournament instead of having round of 16 to start off tournament it starts off at quarter finals how do u fix that?

Its a typo in the game, the tournaments are supposed to start at the quarter finals.
So that explains not getting that 1GB at the beginning. They really need to address that.
Simple text fix, just make it say X/8 instead of X/16 and delete the round of 16 row.
