Call me thick but I am struggling with the attack depth explanation how does this vary the play exactly
Attack depth
It 's the "angle" of the attack line.
Left: Low attack depth
Right: High attack depth
Left: Low attack depth
Right: High attack depth

What seemed to work for me a bit better is increasing reverse defence.
