Not that I'm aware of - but why would you want to?
Didn't build enough banks, now I'm stuck with not enough capital to buy more spaces and getting rugby balls so slowly. Currently it'll take me months to get 70 rugby balls and I don't have the cap for £50m to buy one. So would happily demolish something to get that cap increased.
Ah, I see, makes sense. Pretty sure it's not currently possible, though, sorry.

why can`t there be some form of lowns from friends?money or gold balls...the same way you ask for heal kits or some other way to help people who are stucked on a level...
