How do i make my right hand a leader?

But it's useless, right-hands have exactly the same rightsthan the leader.

The thing is im going out of the country for a while and want someone to take over while im gone...what will happen if i leave the guild? Will it disband?
If the leader comes inactive, a new leader is automatically choosen among right-hands.
