Is there a certain time period that has to pass before you can start recruiting? I've bid for players but it keeps responding with insufficient funds, even though I have enough silverish coins to qualify for the bid??
Recruitment (insufficient funds)
The message "Insufficient offer" means your offer is lower than the highest bidder's maximum offer. So you have to offer more to take the auction.
